Terms of Service

The catalog lets you browse equipment and request a formal quote. Prices, stock status and specifications shown on the site are indicative and sourced from our suppliers. They can change between the time you view a product and the time we issue a formal quote, and we'll always confirm final pricing and availability with you before anything is ordered.

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate company and contact details; we use them on quotes and invoices. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

A request submitted through “Request a quote” is not a binding order. It starts a conversation. A quote we send you is valid for the period stated on it. An order is only confirmed once both sides agree on price, quantity and terms, typically in writing.

Fulfilment is handled manually: once an order is confirmed we place it with the relevant supplier and keep you updated on shipping and tracking. Delivery timeframes quoted are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on supplier stock and regional logistics across the Balkans and EMEA.

Prices are quoted in the currency shown and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. VAT invoices are issued for all confirmed orders in line with Bulgarian tax law. Payment terms (upfront, net terms, etc.) are agreed per customer and stated on the formal quote, proforma invoice or order confirmation.

Hardware sold through SNGEARS carries the original manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page for how claims work.

We work to keep catalog information accurate, but equipment specifications and pricing can change without notice at the supplier level. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on information on this site prior to a formal, written quote being issued.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
