Privacy Policy

Quote and contact requests.When you submit a “Request a quote” form we collect your name, email, company, phone (optional) and any message you write. This is stored so a member of our team can prepare and send you a formal offer. It is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Customer accounts.If you create an account we store your name, email, and optionally your company, phone and delivery address, plus a link to your quote requests and orders so you can see them in one place. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a secure hash. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name and email address with us; we receive nothing else from your Google account.

Anonymous product statistics. We count product page views and clicks. These counts carry no identifier, cookie or personal information. We use them only to see which products get attention. We do not use Google Analytics.

Spam protection. Our quote, registration and password-reset forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser (such as IP address) for that check only.

Live chat. If you allow it, the chat bubble is provided by tawk.to. The messages you send and the details you choose to give are processed by tawk.to so we can reply.

Advertising. If you allow advertising cookies, we use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to quote requests and to show our ads to past visitors. Google then sets its own cookies and processes data such as your IP address and the pages you visit, under Google's terms. Without your consent, the Google Ads tag is not loaded at all.

Email.Transactional emails (quote confirmations, password resets) are sent through our email providers. We don't send marketing email.

Account data (back office only). Staff accounts used to manage the catalog and process quotes are separate from the public site and are covered by our internal access-control policy, not this notice.

Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany region), chosen specifically for GDPR compliance. The service providers named above (Google, Cloudflare, tawk.to, and our email and hosting providers) may process limited data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Quote requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the request and meet our accounting and warranty-support obligations, in line with Bulgarian commercial record-keeping requirements. Your customer account is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@sngears.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes materially. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
